Carxun Studio is a creative design agency that helps startup fashion brands build standout identities through logos, mockups, posters, and brand websites.
By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have legal parental or guardian consent and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, and warranties outlined here.
We offer branding and design services, including but not limited to:
Logo Design
Mockup Creation
Poster Design
Brand Website Development
All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information for your project
Respect Carxun Studio’s intellectual property rights
Refrain from using our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Not attempt to copy, duplicate, or resell our services or content without permission
All services require upfront payment or a deposit, as agreed. Payment terms will be clearly communicated during the project discussion phase.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any project for non-payment or breach of these Terms.
We offer a set number of revisions based on your chosen package. Excessive revision requests may incur additional charges.
Final files will be delivered in agreed formats upon project completion and full payment.
All design work created by Carxun Studio remains our property until full payment is received. After payment:
You own the final deliverables
Carxun Studio retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed
Due to the creative nature of our work, we generally do not offer refunds once a project has started. If you wish to cancel a project early, please contact us. Any refund will be at our sole discretion, based on the work completed.
Carxun Studio will not be held liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Losses resulting from delays, errors, or project dissatisfaction outside our control
Content or materials provided by you, the client
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
